Your right of withdrawal (physical books)
If you live in the EU, you can withdraw from your purchase of physical goods within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name, receive the goods. If an order arrives in more than one parcel, the period starts when the last parcel arrives.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to desk@pixelresort.com with your order number before the 14 days run out. You can use the EU model withdrawal form, but you don’t have to.
Sending the books back
- Return the books within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing.
- You pay the cost of returning the goods, unless we agree otherwise.
- Please pack the books well. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the books.
Your refund
We refund the full purchase price, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may hold the refund until the books are back with us, or you have shown proof that you’ve sent them. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
If you bought the Complete Set, the digital editions that came with it are treated as described below.
Digital editions
Digital editions (PDF) are delivered right after purchase. At checkout you agree that delivery starts immediately and that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started. Digital editions are therefore non-refundable once downloaded.
Damaged or wrong items
If your books arrive damaged or you got the wrong item, email desk@pixelresort.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you, and you won’t pay for the return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
